It really depends on what services you had. I save ZERO after cutting the cord....actually for me, I think I spend MORE now.

When I had Comcast cable / internet my bill was only $134 a month. No DVR. One room of service. I was not under contract and simply month to month.

With Playstation Vue / internet I am paying $132.94 a month...but I also have bought a Fire TV and 3 Rokus since cutting the cable. Plus I find myself buying a lot more TV season passes from Vudu, and trying short runs with Hulu Plus / History Vault / ConTV / Starz / etc etc ...none of which I did when I had cable.

Netflix is a wash as I had it the whole time.

So yeah, my expenses are way up.

(I actually have limited Xfinity service now too, basically for free with them. I don't use the box but I get to use my credentials for the HBO app..as they gave me free HBO too)
