If Aereo Loses its Supreme Court Case it's Over

    Well that doesn't seem like good news at all. Hopefully the Supreme Court will rule like most of the other courts have, and decide that it's legal, although, not to be a cynic, but I could see the big names shelling out quite a bit of money to get this deemed a public performance, and thus illegal.

    Agreed Rusky. If we're being completely honest here Aereo is quite obviously rebroadcasting these networks' content without their permission to the public.

    In a perfect world the broadcasters would GIVE their permission, but we don't live in a perfect world.

    Well, I think they've survived for so long, and won other court battles because while they are doing that, they're...technically not?

    Sorry, I'm not sure of the ins and outs, but that seems to be their case. 'We're not doing the thing you say we are. But we sort of are. But we're not'.
